1979 Corvette that the customer requested a factory-style y-pipe. Of course we were able to accommodate him.

L-81 Corvette that the customer requested a quiet, yet high flow exhaust system. This is why we build our own exhaust systems, the aftermarket systems that would accomplish a similar feat simply do not fit correctly.

2015 Jeep that the customer had purchased an aftermarket, high flow, pre-built, axle-back exhaust system for. He was unhappy about the fitment and tips included so he had us fix those issues.

2013 Chevy Silverado that the customer requested true dual exhaust with both tailpipes and tips exiting out of the passenger side of the truck, in front of the rear tire. We call these "shotgun" tailpipes.

2015 Toyota Tundra that the customer requested true dual exhaust with the tail pipes exiting behind the rear tires, one on each side of the truck with stainless steel exhaust tips. We always suggest stainless steel exhaust tips when having the exhaust system exit behind the rear tires as they get more wear in that location.

This Corvette came in with another shop's work under it. They didn't bend much of the tubing, instead opting to heat up and bend the tubing on the vehicle, ensuring an exceptionally improper fit. You can see the obvious differences between what they did and what we did. Instead of replacing everything that they had done, the customer opted to have us only replace the axle-back portion of the exhaust system as well as the exhaust tips.

'99 - '05 Ford Mustangs equipped with the V6 motor have a tendency to break their exhaust manifolds. We can repair those in our shop. Look closely to see the difference between the before and after photos.

This customer brought their late model, Cadillac CTS-V in after having a custom exhaust tip made and power-coated. We had to modify the tip - cutting holes for the exhaust pipes - to install it, but we made certain we got it mounted as perfectly as was possible.

Another odd job for us here at Discount Muffler. This was a 1975 VW Beetle that the customer had installed heat exchangers on so he could have heat in the car in the winter. The problem was that the material used to plumb the heat exchanger up into the heater box was a flimsy material so he had us fabricate him some pipe that he then had chrome plated.

Fully restored International Scout that a customer brought in for us to build a true dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. We took our time on this job to make it as perfect as we could. This is a pay-to-play business so when the customer wants to pay us to make it perfect, we're more than happy to do so.

This was a custom ratrod that we built an exhaust system that went up through what would normally be the rear deck lid (usually called the trunk lid).

Dodge Cummins where the customer requested that we install a stack on his truck. We require that the hole in the bed already be present - but we're happy to mark it for you, if needed - in order to install any sort of stacks. This customer had a budget smaller than what the job called for, so we figured out some ways to trim the fat and get him a lot closer to his budget, that's the Discount Muffler difference at work.
